Chance me! Transferring to several VA universities! JMU, UMW, and Longwood.

Hi there, I'm a new member and I figured I would give this website a try because I have barely even slept since submitting my applications so hopefully you guys can help give me some peace of mind.

I'm transferring from a VA community college, my GPA is a 3.240 and I will not be able to make the guarenteed admission agreement because I still need one more math course this summer (although I am graduating in with my Associates of Arts and Science degree in May). Will I be rejected on this fact alone? I'm really starting to stress out.

I have applied to the following schools - James Madison University, University of Mary Washington, and Longwood University. Has anyone transferred to these schools that are in the same boat as I am? I've read some of the past threads and those that had made them had much higher GPA's than I, which caused me to get even more nervous haha.

So hopefully you guys can help me out. :)

With a 3.2 you’re in at Longwood for sure, UMW is likely, JMU is iffy it depends on other factors.
Come back to post your results! :)

JMU may be a bit of a reach but UMW will for sure let you in with a good essay. Longwood has probably already let you in!
