Chance me?--UC schools

Note: I am currently a junior in high school. I have not taken the SAT. Please base your response solely on grades, GPA, and ECs from freshman to junior year.

Freshman Year:
1) Honors Algebra I: A-/B
2) Honors Biology: B+/A-
3) PE: A/A
4) Honors English I: A-/A-
5) Spanish I: A/A-
6) Intro to Tech: A/A

I was in a Medical Program at my school.

Sophomore Year:
1) Honors Chemistry: B+/B-
2) Choir: A/A
3) Honors English II: B+/B+
4) Honors Geometry (first sem)/Geometry (second sem): C/B
5) Spanish II: B+/B
6) World History: B+/B+

I was in Key Club, Choir, and Medical Program.

Junior Year (no grades yet, the year has just begun):
1) AP US History
2) Genetics
3) Anatomy & Physiology
4) Spanish III
5) AP Language
6) Honors Algebra II w/ Trig

This year, I will be in Key Club, Men's Choir, Medical Program, and I am doing volunteer work at a hospital (4 hours per week).

UW GPA so far: 3.49
W GPA so far: 3.88

If you calculate my GPA yourself, it may not match with the GPA I provided. I go to a private, Catholic school and take Religion classes each semester (have gotten A's in those classes every year), and those grades are factored into the GPA. I just decided not to include them here because I know colleges don't look at that.

If I were to get mainly A's and A-'s in both semesters of junior year, what would be my chances of getting into a UC? I understand this may be a difficult question to answer considering I don't have enough details. But looking at the big/overall picture, how am I doing as a prospective UC student? If my current profile does not look too good, what can I do to increase my chances of getting into one of the UCs?

Thanks.

Btw, I am a resident of CA.

For the UC’s Sophomore/Junior grades are the most important and the only ones factored into the UC GPA calculation (a-g requirements). You are showing a downward trend from Freshman year which is not good. You really need to focus on getting A’s Junior year or you will not be competitive for the UC’s. You need a good SAT score at minimum of 1900+ and you are behind on your Math. By Senior year, most UC hopeful students would be in calculus and it looks like you will be in Pre-calculus. Just try your best and repost next year with all your information. Good Luck
