Correct ^ … Chapel Hill is not a safety and has an 18% acceptance rate for OOS students.

No one is safe with UNC OOS. If it were based solely on stats, maybe. But it’s definitely based on everything about you. I think you have the stats and have interesting EC’s so you probably have a better chance than the average joe who has average stats and normal EC’s. But again, I would never say anyone is safe. You have no idea what they will think of you and your essays could make or break you.
