I think you have decent chances at getting in, engineering is pretty competitive at UT Austin, but your stats seem on par with those that usually get admitted. The only thing that might get you is not having many ECs in your specific field. Write good essays and have quality recommendations to boost your chances at acceptance. Good luck!
