<p>Out of state, Asian.</p>

<p>2 AP classes (Chem and Literature/Composition), and a lot of X classes (no honors offered).
Freshmen-Junior GPA: 3.36
Estimated Senior 1st semester: 4.14</p>

<p>SAT (one sitting)
Total: 1950
Math: 690
CR: 610
Writing: 650</p>

<p>Recommendations: Very strong from Chem/Physics/AP Chem teacher, and AP English teacher.</p>

<p>Extracurricular: wrestling, 2 years; self taught guitar, 2 years; Modeled United Nations member, 1 year; Interact/Rotary club, 1 year; Eco club, 1 year; Senior Project.</p>

<p>I know it's not at all a very impressive app, but UW is my dream school. I just really want to know if I'm completely wasting my time and money on my application for UW and should just look elsewhere.</p>

<p>SAT’s low for out of state. GPA, not so stellar. </p>

<p>Not exactly a waste of time…but you are definitely on the low end especially for out of state admissions.</p>

<p>You’ll have to have a killer entrance essay.</p>
