chance me?

Senior at Upenn, looking to apply to Stanford's MBA program under deferred admission (for 2013). GPA 3.9, majoring in econ. 710 gmat. Have worked the past 2 summers in S&T at BB banks. In terms of ECs/involvement: volunteered regularly, speak 3 languages. Any idea how things might look for me?

How about leadership roles? Any place in your work or extracurricular careers where you might’ve managed a team?

in terms of leadership, I was one of the founding members of a large organizaiton on campus (won’t specify, since it’s pretty identifying). Have organized charity events. In terms of work related ones, I’ve had the chance to initiate some processes at the banks I worked over the summers at, but nothing worth mentioning.

Also forgot, will be starting as a full time employee at one of these BB banks after graduation.

I know Stanford lists “extensive leadership” as first of all the qualifying criteria. All in all, it sounds as though you’ve got a heck of a shot. Kudos on all of your hard work thus far.
