Chance me?

Well I really really hope to get into UCLA. UC Berkeley seems sort of a reach for me but I wouldn't mind somewhat lower performing UC schools like UCSD or UC Davis. I had a 4.0 GPA freshman year (5 honors and 2 regular) but I kinda screwed up sophomore year and I have an unweighted GPA of 3.54 (I took all ap/honors sophomore year though). So overall so far I have an unweighted GPA of 3.7 something and my weighted GPA is around 4.4 I think. I never got anything below an A in a math or science class though. All my B's are from english and history classes. I know I haven't taken the SAT's or anything so it's still too early to say what my chances are but can you guys give me a feedback of where I should be at for UCLA or the other good UC schools? I do take rigorous classes at my school for my grade and I excel at math and science classes while I do so-so on the other topics. I'm definitely planning on going for a science major when I apply for colleges (something among the medical line).

Oh and my extracurriculars so far. I did science bowl for two years and my team won first place last year and second place this year at regionals. I did policy debate for two years and I have a few awards. I won a bunch of awards at this latin conference (1st place at hectathlon, 3rd place at derivatives, etc.) I also do quiz bowl, math club, and hosa. I'm hoping to qualify for the AIME this coming year. I do have a bunch of academic awards from school. Oh and one more thing. I've been researching on my own in the topic of psychology this past year and in the coming year I'm hoping to get an internship at a science lab where I hope I can study under a professor and do research that can benefit an organization. Hopefully that'll give me an edge when applying for research schools.
