<p>I am applying to 9th grade at Choate and Exeter. I'm an Asian girl and my ACT composite score was 26 when I took it last year. I scored, total, in the 98% percentile of college bound juniors taking the PSAT and I'm consistently at the top of my class. I'm already taking Alg1/Alg2 Honors and English Honors I with a 100 average in both classes. I spend several hours per week at a robotics club, a quiz bowl team, and two other quiz bowl/testing teams. I was a Duke TIP Grand Recognition scholar on the ACT and on the Explore test. I think I could score >95% on the SSAT if I really tried. I've gotten several perfect scores on state standardized testing. I think I'm pretty good at writing though I have no idea how to make essays for Choate and still come in under the 600 characters limit. Could someone please honestly tell me my chances??</p>

<p>I think you have a very good chance of getting into Choate and you are a candidate for Exeter. Writing Essays for Choate is pretty hard. you just need to write about something that comes from the heart and really show’s your personality without bragging. Don’t say negative things in your essays either, and really get to know the school before you write any essays.</p>
