Chance Me?

Hello all,

I just started senior year and was wondering if I have any chances at some of these colleges. I did not realize the importance of ECs and volunteering early on, and I regret that very much. I also messed up my freshman year and slacked off. I want to see if I still have any chances though. So if you would kindly chance me and give your input for each of the UCs, USC, UoP, and USF, I would greatly appreciate it.

I’d say you’re in at all of the UC’s except Berkeley and UCLA. Those schools reject students with perfect stats all the time so don’t count on getting in. I’d say USC is a match for you! and I’m not sure about the other schools. Good luck and chance me back plz!

Low Match/Safeties:
All UC’s except UC Berkeley and UCLA
UF
U o P

Low Reaches:
UC Berkeley and UCLA

Chance me anybody?

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1551216-questbridge-match-chance-me-8-ranked-top-colleges.html

^Agreed. All UCs are matches/safeties for you, but UCLA and Berkeley are reaches; try to bump up that SAT score! :)

As for the rest…
USC: low reach
UOP: mid match
USF: mid match

Thanks guys! anyone know how much of a difference it would make if I can get my SAT score to 2100+? Also, if I get chosen to become captains of both teams?

All UCs except UCLA/Berkley-but you never know, definitely apply
USF-match
USC-match
UOP-match

USC is a match and all the UC’s are a match, but maybe LA and Berkeley are low matches or low reaches.

I agree with Thebeatlestoday. If you can get your SAT up and write a great essay you’re golden.

UCB/UCLA- depends on personal statement
Ucsd/UCSB UCD UCI are matches

UCR /Ucm are safety
