Hey everyone. So, I know that my credentials pale in comparison to almost everyone else on this site, but can someone please chance me? I didn't apply to any Ivies. The hardest I applied to was UCLA, and I only applied there because it has been my dream school since 6th grade, so I figured I would give it a shot in the small chance I actually could get in haha.
Anyway, here are my credentials.
ACT: 27 Composite (32 E, 26 M, 26 R, 25 S)
GPA: 3.1 UW, my HS doesn't do W, but it would be about a 3.4-3.6 W.
Class rank: 215/558, so top 40%.
EC's: I was on my TaeKwonDo school's sparring team for two years. I went to Nationals (twice), Regionals, the US Open (twice) and State.
I had a job at Burger King for a couple of months.
I was on the technical team at my church for 2 years where I volunteered every Sunday for 5 hours.
Knowledge Bowl Senior year
Classes: Honors English in Sophomore year, Honors Humanities in Sophomore year, APUSH in Junior year, AP Lang. in Junior year, AP Physics in Senior year, AP Gov. in Senior year, AP Lit. in Senior year, University of Washington Precalculus in Senior year, and University of Washington Spanish in Senior year.
UCLA - Still waiting. Applying as a chem major
Purdue - Denied. Applied as an engineering major.
Penn State - Trying to change my major from engineering to chem.
Washington State University - Accepted as an electrical engineering major
Auburn University - Accepted as an electrical engineering major
Rutgers - Still waiting to hear from the School of Engineering, but I was accepted to the premed program in chemistry.
Virginia Tech - Applying as a chemistry major
Colorado School of Mines - Applied only because they waived my fee, but I applied as an electrical engineering major.
Thanks everyone!

Bump???

Not to be harsh, but I’d say your chances at UCLA are very, very slim.

That’s not harsh haha. It’s the truth. Like I said, it has been my dream school for a while, so I only applied for that reason. Anyway, you didn’t chance me for the rest.
