<p>Well, I've been thinking about applying NYU for.... like forever.
I'm from Mongolia
Intended Major - Journalist
Unweighted GPA - 3.9
Rank - 2 or 3 (I don't really remember the final ranking)/24 (I was in private school)
I haven't taken STA or TOEFL yet but my guesses are :
TOEFL - min:75 max:100
SAT - min:1600 max:1900 (I'm not really good at taking tests, actually horrible.)
College Classes - 5 (Academic Writing, International Relations and Globalization, Psychology, Math I, Academic English)
Awards - ( Geography - 2nd (Sectional) 6th (Regional), Physics(Team) - 3rd(Regional), English - 3rd(Regional))
Internship - Goodali Magazine (Journalist)
Do charities with my parents. The charity is to help young students in rural place to study in better "environment".
Recommendations from my school and the "magazine"
Can speak, read, write and understand Turkish and French (excluding English and Mongolian)</p>

<p>Go buy an SAT book with a bunch of practice tests and just keep working through each question until you feel more comfortable. That’ll really help a lot, I guarantee it. </p>
