<p>Hmmmm. Your GPA might be the determining factor here. You have great rigor and great ACT score, but the number one thing UGA looks at is GPA.
If something caused low grades, there is a place to explain that on the application. </p>
<p>Also, UGA only really cares about English, Math, and Writing components while using the composite for data purposes. </p>
<p>I think your chances are 50/50. You have a lot of good things going for you, though that may push you into the ‘accept’ pile. Just wondering, why not apply to Tech? Tech relies more heavily on ACT/SAT scores than UGA does and it might help you in this case. </p>
<p>the average GPA for UGA is 3.84 and only 5% of students have a GPA between 3.25-3.50. Hopefully your ACT helps but I would say you have a better chance at GT. I hope you get in though.</p>
