Hi, could someone chance me, please?

SAT Subject Tests: Math II (610)
Rank: Top 10%
ECs: Treasurer of UNICEF Club, member of National Honors Society, and have 200+ volunteer hours from my Church.

Letter of Recommendations: I’m pretty sure they’re really good.

Thanks!

The UCs don’t superscore.
UCLA and UCB are reaches based on your test scores.

There is no financial need nor merit based scholarships for OOS students .

These are public universities that provide limited funding for nonresidents (at most $2k per year). They don’t need to attract OOS students since they have so many talented and diverse students within California. First generation kids are plentiful in California, wave after wave of migrants settle in California.

Can your parents afford $55k per year for your education?

Speaking from what others told me about UCLA engineering, you are really gonna need some higher test scores. I believe a 2200 SAT has high probability of acceptance. Of course like everything, engineering will always be the hardest to get into. Your unweighted GPA is phenomenal though, so that could help. To get into any engineering program, you are going to want to raise those math scores, but you still have a shot at some of those schools with those scores. Anyway you have a good profile, and I would say that you have a very good shot at UCI and a very decent shot at UMich and UCD

UCI/UCD: High Match
UCB/UCLA: Reach

You need to bump up your test scores for a chance at UCLA/UCB. UCI/UCD are possible just make sure you can afford to attend.

Good Luck.
