Would greatly appreciate hearing what my chances are, this next week is gonna be a roller coaster of emotions for me.

Looks like your weighted GPA is on the lower end of the middle 50% and your scores are on the upper border of the middle 50% range. Your weighted GPA may be higher if you didnt calc it using the UF way. I would guess that it suggests that you are somewhere above the middle for instate but just below the top 25%. It’s a good place to be.

You can see the admit stats here.

Thank you for the reply  The only thing that terrifies me is when i went through last years threads, i saw many with crazy high stats and ECs get denied, while others with much lower ones got accepted. Makes it soo unpredictable

this wait is gonna kill me xD

@ray7124 UF is notorious for their inconsistencies in their decisions. Lots of people are worried about getting accepted regardless of stats. Many of the highly-qualified who get denied are expected to be rejected due to a lack of interest in the school along with expecting them of using UF as a safety school. Your statistics are similar to mine as both of us are well above average in terms of SAT and such. Many have told me that I shouldn’t be worried about getting accepted at all but I’m nervous anyways, lol. We’ll probably be fine and get accepted honestly.

Denied :’(

Seriously considering an appeal. How does one go about making an appeal, and what are ways to make it a good one?

I would do anything to get into UF, its the school that my heart has been set on since forever :frowning:
