AP: World History (5), Chemistry (4), Government (5)
Major Awards (USAMO, Intel etc.): none, have honor awards from school but that’s it
Extracurriculars (place leadership in parentheses): Science Bowl (10,11,12), Interact Club (10,11,12) Vice president of class (11), Senior Beta Club (10,11,12), Swim Team (10,11,12), volunteer at the hospital (10,11,12)
Volunteer/Community service: various service here and there

Planning on applying to GA tech, Harvard, MIT, Duke, and Johns Hopkins

I’m only a sophomore and have two years of high school left. My test scores are strong but what should I do to improve?

ECs, definitely. Most of your EC are local/school level. Try doing national level EC like science fair, etc, and to win national awards. Without those kind of ECs, the chances of you getting into top schools like Harvard, MIT, Duke, and JHU are slim. Assuming that you get a good SAT score, you should be able to get into GA tech without much issues.
