no they’re definitely going to deny you with a record like that… like what? I’m rather confident you are just trying to make everyone else here feel bad or something. This belongs in a Cornell/Princeton University “chance me” thread. You don’t need to have NEARLY a record like that to attend Michigan State.

You’ll most likely be accepted into MSU. Look into their honors college and the scholarships you’ll get through that. Scholarships besides from MSU, look for some for people of your ethnicity going into the medical field. Check with your counselors, try fastweb.com and ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■■, and scholarships for being hispanic and having really good academics.
