Is UF your first choice? yes
Other schools you applied for: Simmons college, Lebanon Valley College, Hartwick College, Illinois college, and Wingate university.
Major/Field of Study: Pre-med
Comments: When I graduate hs I will have my AA in general studies and my LPN. I am a first gen student that has a single parent.

That’s an interesting selection of schools.

Your test scores, GPA and EC’s look ok. It’s hard to determine “rigor”, but being 4/149 would make me think you’re taking the most rigorous courses available at your school. I’m assuming you took DE classes your junior year (so you could earn the required number of credits for your AA).

You look like a “match” for UF. However, holistic admissions includes other factors, not covered above, and it can seem a bit random. It’s also a bit harder to chance HS grades with AA’s, since they also have to apply to their major/college (and extra step, as compared to Freshman that only apply to the university).

Good Luck!

Gator88 I thought the same thing when I saw the school choices. Simmons is up in Boston, isn’t it?

Anyway Kaite, I like your chances!

@Trisherella it is! @Gator88NE I’ve been in DE since sophomore year
