Thank you so much!
You’re taking 4 math classes senior year and 3 ap? 7? That’s a lot. They mostly look at your 9-12 though. Your GPA is GREAT, but people will think if your school is just easy. So they will look at your test scores, and your SAT and SAT2’s and AP scores are red flags. I’d say you will get into UCSD and UCD, but probably not UCB and UCLA (mostly because you’re going for Aerospace and Biomedical, practical majors that other people want too, who have much better scores and are just as competitive). Who knows though, people are getting into UCLA with really bad scores these days, its depressing (as Im an alumni and I feel like my school is degrading), so who knows,… who the f knows… I’d say you’l get into UCSD and UCD for sure, maybe a 30% for UCLA and Berkeley. It depends
Uw GPA 4.23 Typo?
You are competitive for all the UC’s but consider UCLA/UCB reaches due to major and low acceptance rates.
UCSD/UCD look solid. Also questioning why so many Math classes? Where is your 4th year of English? Have ypu completed 3 years of a Foreign language? US History?
Here are admission stats:
Aerospace: 10.7%
Bioengineering (we don’t have biomedical): 12.9%
The average unweighted GPA is a 4.0
