I’m not particularly interested in Stanford university, however, I would like to see how I fare as a comparison point given Stanford’s low acceptance rate:

HOSA: healthcare club kind of.
Stanford is a high reach for everyone - you included.
Your ACT and GPA is good, but if you’re applying I’d recommend showing that you are truly invested in an extracurricular or two. Your list isn’t extensive (which is fine), but you should emphasis your dedication to what you are involved in.
