Ethnicity not considered by UC’s since California publics banned affirmative action. Your GPA and test scores are below average for UCI along with a competitive major. I would say it could go either way 50/50.
Do you think it would have made an actual difference if a I applied as another major?? Because my alternative major is chemistry. However I applied as a Bio major because I felt I was stronger at that subject. By the way Thank you ahead of time!
UCI does consider your alternate major, so you could get an acceptance into Chemistry if you are unable to get into Biology
