chance of admission?

Hey everybody,
I've been following the thread about admissions decisions, but I really want to know what you guys think. Will I get in? Here are my stats...
From California
GPA: 3.23 unweighted 3.47 weighted
SAT score: 2150 (translates to a 32 or 33 on the ACT)
I know they don't ask for SAT subject tests, but I also sent them in because I got 750s on both math and literature.
Being recruited for a sport. They have "coded" my application.

Although my grades are not fantastic, I'm hoping that athletics and my SAT score will help out. I have a strong interest in psychology, as indicated in my application.

Unfortunately, my grades trend down, but I discussed the custody battle in my family which has affected my performance in my essay. It is the reason I am so interested in psych.
What are my chances?
Thanks so much everyone!

Does anybody know how much athletics help?

Academics count the most. Extracurriculars, including athletics, are secondary- great EC’s will not offset a poor gpa. Your intended major does not matter. An upward trend in grades is helpful. Unusual circumstances influencing grades may be considered, especially if your HS GC can support your reasons. Being a recruited athlete is another situation entirely than athletics as EC’s.

I’m being recruited so I’m wondering what that does.
