Chance of getting accepted? [Multiple UC's/CSU]

Current undergrad. Spent 1.5 years at CC in CA then took 1 year of classes at University at Buffalo. Then came back, spending 1 semester in my original CC and waiting for results. Essentially spent 1.5 years taking somewhat GE classes, then got serious at Buffalo doing engineering and applied back in CA. Already completed some of the higher level engineering course such as statics & circuits. EC is pretty good (I think), lots of hours put within the university + clubs. Essays I would say are at an 8/10 possibly? Have work experience as well.

Major: Biomedical Engineering/Bioengineering (UCSB = Mechanical Engineering)
GPA: 3.3
Units completed: 81
UC’s that I applied to: UCSB, UCSD, UCI, UCR, UCD, UCSC
CSU I applied to: Cal Poly Pomona, Cal Poly Obispo, San Joe State, San Diego State

I personally think I have a good chance with UCR/UCSC but UCI/UCSD are a stretch if I’m not mistaken. I’m trying to reach for UCI if possible but at this point I think I’ll be satisfied with any UC. Let me know what you guys think!

Do you have any upper division courses on your transcripts? If you have any upper division courses, this will be an issue for the UC’s and some of the CSU’s.

Here is a link for the UC transfer GPA admit ranges by major and campus to give you an idea of your chances.

Based on the link for UCI the transfer admit GPA range for 2017 was 3.48-3.79.

For the Cal states, this chart may help. You would have the best chances at your local in-service area Cal state. SLO and SDSU favor their local transfers.
