Chance of getting in at Purdue?

I am an international Student from Kuwait, I have recently graduated from a university back home. I majored in Computer Science and I hope to continue in that field. My GPA is 3.54, my major GPA is around 3.62

I was hoping to get into a decent university in the U.S. such as Purdue. I am doubting whether I qualify or not.

I have done the following whilst in my undergraduate study:
Participation in Microsoft Competitions, and Placing first; Received an award from Bill Gates, if it matters.
LIYSF Participant, fully funded by a Science Foundation here.
I participated in Dartmouth College's SISMAT summer program.
Tutored at my University.
President of the ACM club
Received various awards from the University, extra-curricular and scholastic awards.

I don't know if my high school education matters, but I was at a British School in Kuwait.
I did not do the GRE test, or TOEFL. Although I registered for it in November.

I was just hoping you can recommend a University I can get into, as I am really doubting I would get into Purdue from what I hear.

Also, i dont know if this affects anything, but one of the Universities back home would be funding the entire thing.

If I cant get in at Purdue, can anyone recommend another University?

Have you taken the SATs yet? Most US universities require the SAT for admissions, so a lot of choices are cut if you don’t take it. Purdue requires SAT too, I think.

Universities also accept ACT instead, so if you’ve given that, you can post it and maybe we could come up with some alternatives.

Your GPA is still within Purdue’s range, however, so don’t give up!
