Chance of getting into Pepperdine?

I am a soon to be junior and i was just curious if i might have a chance of getting into Pepperdine in Malibu. I go to a private country day school and i just transfered in this half way through this year. Since i have not completed a full year yet, my GPA is not set but for my high school career so far i have about a 3.5-3.6.

1 pre-Ap
No Ap but i plan to in the next year
Spanish 1,2,4. i was in spanish 2 at my old school then when i transfered i was put in spanish 4 so i am struggling in that class.
1 magnet class

Arts:
marching band
jazz band
indoor drumline
Concert Band
Full orchestra
Theatre
i can play trombone, tuba, baritone, guitar, bass drums, piano

Extracurricular:

Volunteer at church food pantry
Community service at local church( breakfasts for elderly etc.)
Model U.N.
Science Olympiad

this is just a brief summary of things i do. do i have somewhat of a chance?:D

You’re on the right track. Keep your grade up and take AP classes when you can. Make sure to prepare for the SAT and shoot for around 1900 and higher to be competitive.

I do need your advice. I transfered to thi school and i was spanish 2 at my old school. They put me into Spanish 4 at my new school. Right now i have a C or something. Do you think it would look bad if i stopped taking spanish or should i push through it?

You’ll certainly get in. I suggest not taking Spanish if you don’t like it. Get 2000ish on the SAT and you’ll be virtually guaranteed with decent essays.
