Was told my essays were fantastic (by AP teacher, counselor, etc.)
- wrote about beginning of senior year when mother kicked me out and it motivating me

So.... I already know my chances are slim to none, but what do you all think?

it sounds like your essay really was good. it’s hard to tell not knowing about your school, but i got in from a highly competitive private school and my course load was a lot heavier. i also have the hispanic hook. i think you do have a chance, everyone does with a good enough story and ecs but having any d on your transcript is automatically going to put you in a maybe or no pile. i hope you go somewhere where you’re happy even if it’s not vandy!

Not looking good. Your best bet is to transfer from a 4-year, assuming you can maintain a high GPA at the collegiate level.

If you know your chance is slim, then why bother posting this?

lol… I want to do BioChem and Russian too…

Hahahaha, I copied this template from elsewhere, and it was probably yours lol. I’m actually Biology and Vocal Music - sorry!

And I posted it to see if I was being hard on myself or if I really had not shot, that’s all.

seriously…what’s the point of posting this? it’s not going to change anything since you’ll be getting a decision soon.

your chances look slim…good luck though! :)
