<p>The leadership one may be something more often awarded to IN-state applicants. If so, in-state tuition is only ~7k, isn’t it? So “full” = 7k and 1/2 = 3500. OTOH, the half-tuition UConn award for OOS is 1/2 of 23k or 11,600.</p>
