CHANCE??? Pinky-promise to chance back!!

Cornell University-high match to low reach

Yale University/Harvard College/Columbia University, etc...-I'd say very high reaches for all of these...Even for people who have "perfect" applications it's unknowable. I think that small details (like your slightly lower GPA in relation to the other applicants) might be the dealbreaker there. But in the end there is really no rhyme or reason to being accepted at these schools.

Pomona College-mid reach

University of Chicago-as someone else said, I think this will come down to your essays...so high match to low reach

Carnegie Mellon University-match

Johns Hopkins University-high match

Georgetown University-match

Brown University-mid reach (I know someone who was accepted to Brown and their stats were comparable with yours with the exception that they had more "leadership" roles in regards to ECs)

Carleton College-?

Reed College-like for UChicago, I think the "personal voice" and uniqueness/quirkiness that you give to the essays and interview will be the deciding factor

University of Southern California-low match to match

University of Washington (Honors)-safety

Washington State University (Honors)-safety (although I'm not sure about how competitive it is to get into their honors program)

Thanks a bunch bdmet2451, AT9, and LookingUp!

anyone else?

Cornell University (I did Early Decision to the College of Arts and Sciences) (Slight Reach)

Yale University/Harvard College/Columbia University, etc... (Far Reach)

Pomona College (Reach)

University of Chicago (Match/Reach)

Carnegie Mellon University (Match/Probable)

Johns Hopkins University (Match/Reach)

Georgetown University (Match/Reach)

Brown University (Reach)

Carleton College (Match/Probable)

Reed College (NOTE: I know about the personality factor at Reed...and I believe I match it) (Match/Probable)

University of Southern California (Not sure..match?)

University of Washington (Honors) (Probable)

Washington State University (Honors) (Probable)
You're definitely a strong applicant, but I think the standardized test scores might be low for the ivies and most selective schools.

chance me back? <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/583235-chances-dartmouth.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/583235-chances-dartmouth.html</a></p>

Thanks erf22!!!

Your EC's are very good.. I can see that the majority of them focus on one theme, i.e. politics, debate, etc.... Colleges like it when you have some sort of grasp on what you want to pursue... Nevertheless, I'm also pretty sure that they like well-rounded candidaes, so music seems like a nice thing to put the icing on the cake... in short, your EC's are great...

Your scores also seem pretty adequate for your choice schools... Of course, HYP are always reach schools, but you have a pretty extensive list of schools so you're bound to get into one :)... out of those, you have good chances (your status as an URM gives it an extra boost as well :))

All in all, good luck and I hope you get into the best college possible...

Chance me too please if you can... <a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/577809-chances-please-junior-fl.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/577809-chances-please-junior-fl.html</a>. Thanks! :D

Most of your schools are very prestigious. I think you can get into Georgetown, Hopkins and USC. Other than that most of them are slight reaches. but you will get into any of those three listed above

Hmm, even though your stats are good, your extracurriculars may not be strong enough for the upper Ivies.
However, your application seems to be in-line with Cornell's, and the ED really helps!
Best of luck!
