Chances for the business program in CALS for RD?

your stats are at most soso for AEM. your SAT is below avg, sat II is not that impressive. your rank/gpa is good though. if you are goning to apply, i def suggest ED

Decent chances ED.

why are you interested in aem?/what ECs do you have that prove that you’re interested in any aspect of business?

Your SAT is NOT below average. Average SAT for ALS is 1350 for CR & M for this past falls entering freshman.

AEM has higher standards than the rest of CALS.

1350 only? i believe my year was higher but i was in HE… besides we don’t know what he got for reading/math.

I wasn’t aware that there were any stats that were broken down by major…only by college. Given that his total score was 2130 we can assume that his CR + M is around 1400.

just looked it up.

The admitted class has mean 710 verbal and 740 math SAT scores, for a 1450 avg

your sats are ABOVE average for Cornell. RD average chances. ED good chance.

Apply ED if you’re sure you’d want to go so you can optimize your chances.

Where did you get stats for that specific major? The 75th percentile for the CALS this past fall was 1460…http://dpb.cornell.edu/documents/1000177.pdf

^I remember seeing SAT for AEM specifically somewhere too.
Can’t seem find it now though.
