Chance?

Hi. I've started to have doubts about the college I had originally settled on (University of Utah) because of a possible lack of campus life. So, I figured I might want to apply to LSU so I have options.
I'm a senior from Nevada.
I'm going to graduate with a 3.09 unweighted GPA and around or above a 3.76 weighted GPA. My GPA is lower than what I really am capable of because of slacking off my freshmen and sophomore years. For my senior year I am about to finish out with straight A's on the year with 3 AP and 3 Honors classes.
I have a 29 ACT and a combined 1930 SAT.

What are my chances? Should I apply or not?
