<p>Not sure any UC is going to be giving out any great offer unless you have been given regents scholarship and you can demonstrate financial aid.</p>

<p>Our EFC is pretty good. I am basing the offer on loans versus grants scholarships. They will have to be competitive with other top BME programs.</p>
