chance?

if you have a 3.5 and 1600 is there still a chance of getting in? with over 600 hours of volunteering and work experience with the city and many other extra curricular's as well as cultural organizations.

3.5 weighted or unweighted? And your SAT is too low.

it is weighted

What do you think my chances are for EA? I have a 3.86 GPA and my ACT scores are: 30 writing, 29 math, 30 English, and 25 science ( not very good at science, though I have taken chemistry, bio honors, and physics). I also wrote a pretty good essay about why I wanted to attend LMU( mentioned some teachers names, and some LMU traditions), my letters of rec are probably really flattering, I am in a fine arts program at my school that is very well known, I am applying for marketing and I am my classes pr, and finally I have hundred plus hours of volunteering hours. Still waiting for a letter, though it would be interesting / amazing if someone would chance me :)

Seems like you fit the profile. How are your EC’s and volunteerism? Have faith–you will end up where you should be. I think you have a shot:)

I have a decent amount of EC’s and all of them I have been very involved in ( like I’ve been a Girl Scout for 12 year and my schools ambassador of 3 years). Volunteering wise, I have done two rebuilding Mexico things and I volunteer every Saturday at the local blood bank, so that has given me a ton of hours! Thank you for the comment! It means a lot to me :)
