<p>So, I got my scores back from the December SAT. I wasn't all that pleased with my score:
I have a 480 in Math, an 400 in Critical Reading, and a 460 in Writing; the composite is 1340. Now, again, I have a GPA of 3.5, and, I'm ranked number 6 out of 204 students. I've also received a Penn State Convocation award...</p>
<p>Chances? Anyone? Would the award sorta kinda help me??</p>
<p>PSU main is a reach for sure. Make sure you indicate that you would be willing to do summer session and/or attend a branch.</p>

<p>Yeah, I really think main campus is a very high reach. I would still apply, but I would make sure you have other safety schools picked out and decide on a alternate branch campus that you would like to pick as your second campus choice in the Penn State system.</p>

<p>assuming a 3.5-3.6 GPA you wanna shoot for 1800and higher but to be sure to get in the bubble chart says 2100</p>
