Let me know if I left anything out! Thanks!

Bump it on up :)

Correction: Only took 3 years of Math, not 4. Ended in Pre-Calc. I would edit this in, but I can’t seem to find the edit button again.

I am not familiar with UMD…but you have a decent shot at Northeastern. As for BU and BC, BC being the toughest to get into, you will need some spectacular jumps on your SAT’s or take the ACT, and you need good recs and essays.

Please chance me back

bump it up :D

Any other advice whatsoever?

Bump again :/

Anybody else pleeeeasseee? I will give you a cookie :D

anyyyonnnneeee?

Bump! Come on! I could really use some advice!

I’m assuming you’re from MD.
You should be fine at UMBC, but UMD is a slight reach. If you could get your CR+M score up to 1250-1300, then you’d have a better shot. Your GPA is also a little on the low side for UMD. I believe the average WGPA is 4.0. BU is a reach unless you can get your SAT scores up to at least 1950+. Northeastern may be a slight reach as well.

You assume correctly :P

Thanks for the imput, I just went out and bought the big blue book for the SAT in Oct. so we’ll see how it goes. And for the Writing portion at least, I WOULD have had a 730/750, meaning ~1900 overall if I had gotten a 11-12 on the Essay. CR and Math however, I was doomed >.<

Also, how “bad” is it to show non commitment in something? I’ve done Indoor Drumline for two years but I’ve had it with the instructor. Percussion is something I’d like to continue w/ in College in the form of Marching Band, but I think I’d kill someone if I had to spend another season with our Drum Tech.

Any other advice? I could use all I can get!

If you get the SAT up you’re in if I am! (same GPAs)

my sis barely got into northeastern with a 3.5 nweighted gpa and 1900 sats idk about you though try to get a 4.0 first symmester of senior year

Eloves, that won’t be an issue :stuck_out_tongue: I was given pretty easy classes this semester. I tried to take a harder schedule, but that for one involved not doing band the fourth year, and there weren’t many that I haven’t taken. Thanks for the advice!

And Jayeen, good luck to you too :D

Anyone have any info on BU? How far away am I from being more competent?

Bump! I’m going to sign up for ACTs for October. What do you think I need on those for saaay, BU? Including a higher SAT score.

Bumpin it to ze top :)
