Chances at Brown?

I'm a junior at a public high school(2,400 students) in Florida. I'm Hispanic, parents are high-income but my father never graduated college.

Unweighted GPA 3.85 (Est.)
Weighted GPA: 4.25 (Est.)
Class Rank: At the beginning of the year I was 31 in 508, however my GPA this year is a 4.8 and my cumulative weighted GPA before this was a 4.1 or something like that, so I'm expecting to jump to 15-20, and by 10-15th by time I graduate, as my GPA this year(and expectedly next year) is higher than my class's valedictorian. We don't find out class ranks until the end of each year.

The first time I took the SAT my composite was an 1850, however since then I've studied quite a bit, and have been to a tutor for math and I'm expecting to get a 2100-2150 minimum on my next test date.

ECs:
Freshman Football 9th grade
Crew 10th 11th grade(JV 10th Grade, Varsity 11th)
Young Democrats 11th Grade, and am president of the club next year.
I was an exchange student to Portugal for 6 months, the second semester of my sophomore year, I lived with a host family and went to the local school, I am now fluent in European Portuguese.
I volunteer at the Boys and Girls Club and will have roughly 150 hours before college applications.
I've had a part time job as a server at a restaurant since the second semester of my freshman year.
I'm starting to volunteer for the Democratic Party registering people to vote and calling voters reminding them to vote, I'll probably have 50 hours before college applications.

On top of fluency in Portuguese I can read and understand Spanish fairly well due to courses in Spanish and my fluency in Portuguese(somewhat mutually intelligible), I haven't gotten my SAT II back for Spanish but I couldn't have missed more than 2 questions as I knew them all, I'm expecting a 750+

My counselor recommendation will be solid, on top of this I have my AP Psychology teacher and AP English Lang teacher writing recommendations and am confident they will also be excellent. I also will have a great recommendation from the head of the Boys and Girls Club where I volunteer and a solid character/peer recommendation from the family I lived with in Portugal.

My weighted GPA this year 4.8, unweighted 4.0, predicting the same for next year. The only reason my weighted and unweighted GPA aren't spectacular is because I got almost straight Bs the second semester of my Freshman year due to absences based on a silly suspension, for which I have to write an essay on in the Common App of what I learned from the experience.

Junior Schedule:

AP Psych
AP Lang
AP Studio Art
AP Government and Politics
American History Honors
Marine Science Honors
Analysis of Functions(h)

Next year's schedule:

AP Lit
AP World History
AP European History/AP Biology(Depending on if AP Euro gets cancelled at my school, which is highly likely)
AP Art History
Pre-Calculus(h)
Physics Honors
AP Seminar(Study Hall)

At Graduation I'll have:
Social Sciences(6/7): AP Human Geography, Economics H, AP Gov, AP Psych, American History H, AP Art History, AP World, + Possibly AP Euro
English(4): 2 honors: English 1, 2 2 AP: Lang and Lit
Math(5): All honors: Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Analysis of Functions, Pre-Calculus
Science(4/5): Biology H, Chemistry H, Marine Science H, Physics H, + possibly AP Bio

There are 17 total AP courses at my school, and I'll be graduating with 9, but the way they are offered it isn't possible to take more than 14(only 11 year long APs though) throughout a high school career, and I wasn't able to take any my sophomore year as I was an exchange student. I got a 4 on my AP Human test, I'm confident I got a 5 on Government, Psychology, and a 4 or 5 on Lang. I'll probably get a 4, maybe a 5 on Studio Art. Basically all 4s and 5s on my APs.

Awards/extras: Medals for crew, a few honorable art awards + My exchange will give me good inspiration to write an excellent essay(I have a few good ideas on really putting a unique spin on it, including how the exchange helped to shape my political views, which are very strong) My supplementary extra essay will probably be about current events/politics and why they are so important to me. I'll also be including an art portfolio which I'm confident in and my AP studio teacher finds exemplary. + URM I love languages and taught myself fairly decent conversational Swedish(if only there were an SAT II in Swedish!), my godmother being from Sweden to practice with and having traveled there twice.

Any opinions on my chances at Brown? Please take into account that my SAT will be 2100 at the minimum(I'm confident of this, yet I'm hoping for higher), and not the 1850 that I currently have.

I'm also planning to apply to: Tufts, BU, Bowdoin, Columbia, and Bard

No hooks make Ivies difficult if you don’t have a perfect GPA/2300+.

I have hooks? URM + Exchange/language + Talent in Arts

They aren’t alumni connections but they’re hooks.

Pretty sure the only hook you have is URM. The others are just ECs, albeit strong ones.

You should be in at BU and Bard, and probably Bowdoin, but I don’t know about the rest.

Low, but decent chance at Brown and columbia with an 1850 SAT. If you can get that up to 2100+, then you have a good shot at Brown and Columbia, really good shot at bowdoin and tufts, and in at BU and Bard.

Okay, sounds like a solid prediction.

How much of a raise in SAT would I need to improve my chances? It’s probably not possible for me to go anymore than 2150 as I’m taking the test June 2nd.

URM + 2300+ = very good chances at those schools.

If you get your SAT over 2100 and your rank to around top 3%, you have very good chances at Brown and Columbia, and you’re pretty much accepted everywhere else.
