I was wondering how much of a chance I have getting into Brown University, my number one choice.
I applied Early Decision, am a dude, and chose not to tell my race (cause I'm white as snow).
ACT - 35
SAT Reasoning - 2170, (Math 650, Critical Reading 720, Writing 800)
SAT Subject - US History 740, Chem 700, Math 1 720, Bio 660, French 560 (whoops)
PSAT - 223
I go to a private, all male, Catholic, military college prep school in New York (but am very liberal), and have 99 students in my grade.
I'm ranked between 4-8 in my class (not sure cause they don't really tell us our rank) and have a 4.00 GPA.
My extracurriculars and awards are Outdoor and Indoor Track, ski club, guitar playing, president of French Club 2 years, Captain of Trivial Pursuit Team 2 years, volunteer work at a local church, national merit scholarship semi-finalist (I don't yet know if I've advanced), French tutoring, our schools highest academic honor, and I'm a member of the National Honor Society. I've also had a summer job for 3 years in a row at a local children's amusement park.
I got a 5 on the AP Euro exam in 10th grade and a 4 on the AP US exam in 11th.
My senior year courses are French 6 (an independent study I arranged through my teacher), AP Microeconomics, AP English, Calc 1 and 2 (through a local community college) AP Physics, JROTC, and Religion.
I'm pretty sure I've got solid teacher recommendations too.
Other colleges: Reed, Yale, UC Boulder, and NYU.

Im not an expert but I'd say your chances arent horrible -- your ACT is great ... is your GPA weighted or unweighted? And just a question... How did you manage an 800 on the writing lol -- wow that is great for you I am terrible at the writing section its sad-- but Id say your chances arent bad you EC's are very lackluster but thats okay
