Chances at Claremont Schools and UCs?

Hey guys, I've asked this question before, but I had some changes to scores and such. I was looking for help figuring my chances into the UCs (mainly UCLA, UCB and UCSD) and the Claremont Schools (mainly Claremont McKenna and Pomona).

I am an Asian Indian (if that matters for anything) and am in the 12th grade.

My GPA is 3.94 UW and 4.1 W

I have taken three years of Spanish. The AP classes I've taken include: English Lang and Comp, Biology, and Chem. I have taken multiple Honors courses as well (including all of my english and social science classes). This year, I am taking AP Stats, AP Calc, AP Physics, AP Government, and AP Literature.

AP tests: 4 on Bio and 4 on Chem

ACT: 31 (33 on math, 34 on science, 31 on reading, 26 on english and 8 on the essay). My last SAT score was an 1840 and I'm waiting on the recent scores.

Sat II: 720 Chem, 690 Math II, 680 Bio

ECs and awards: tennis 4 yrs, science olympiad 3 yrs, CSF 3 yrs, Chess Club 2 yrs, various academic awards from school acknowledging academic excellence, volunteer at local Boys and Girls Club, various volunteering in the community. I live in a small town in California, so there are not too many opportunities for extracurriculars here.

UCLA and UCB are probably reaches, UCSD may be match at least from what I’ve gathered. Anyway, your UW GPA is high, but with little variance from your W GPA, im guessing course load may be an issue? Not so sure though.

Coarse load was not really an issue. I had A’s in all of my AP classes but I’ve only had three so far (but im taking 5 this year and am expecting straight A’s). Honors courses do not count for a GPA boost in my school so that is why the difference is not large.

My mistake, you’re probably looking at match for UCLA and high match for UCB then. but UCLA varies so much… atleast from my research.

Pomona is a reach for you(really for anyone these days). UCLA is a reach as well, because they act so sporadically sometimes, specially for instates. The UCLA gpa on their website is also ridiculously high (4.40). UCSD is your target school. You should nevertheless apply for all since you have a chance, but don’t count on the top two UC’s and Pomona so you won’t get hurt. Are you going to ED for any of the Claremonts?

Im going to make an inference and say that ED stands for early decision. Correct me if Im wrong. Yes I want to apply for early decision at the Claremont schools. Can I apply to them as a group or would the early decision thing have to be done individually? If so, Claremont McKenna is probably my main.
