Good teacher recs

What is your uwGPA in 4.0 max scale? If you need to recalculate, you may skip the subgrades for UMICH chancing.

@billcsho my unweighted gpa is a 3.89. What do you means skip the subgrades for umich chancing?

Are all of the schools on your list affordable?

UMich does not count subgrades in calculating GPA. So all A including A+ and A- are 4, all B are 3, etc. With that, their admission average GPA was 3.87 in the last couple years. Around 1/5 of the enrolled freshmen have GPA 4.0. Both your score and GPA are right above the admission average. So your chance should be slightly higher the 20% OOS admission rate.

@billcsho so even though I’m instate with a little higher than average you think I’m only at 20%? Also, I think U of M looks at legacy which could help me. And @suzy100 yes they are all financial options based on price calculators.

Sorry. I missed the instate part. LSA should be a match to low match for you with legacy.
