<p>You say you’re OOS but which state are you from? Also are you female and a minority? (Those will help in Engineering). </p>

<p>I would say you’ve got some great stats (UHC Eligible) so apply early and show interest- write an essay, get LORs, etc. and you may have a shot at some money</p>

<p>I would say that you have an excellent chance for full tuition. My daughter had very similar stats to you (one ACT was almost identical) and received full tuition. She is also OOS and Ohio. She did send in a second ACT with a couple of 36 scores. Pitt was not a school she had been considering and she applied somewhat late in the cycle when she received the Prestige application offer. She never sent in any essay and the LORs were possibly sent in by her school with the transcript. She did not take the SAT II or send her AP scores, though sending yours would surely be beneficial.</p>
