Chances at HMC and Berkeley? (plus other reach schools)

Hey everyone! Right now I am a rising senior and want to know my chances for HMC mainly, because to me that is my dream school at the moment.

Ethnicity: Chinese
Ranking: School does not have, but I would say top 20
Rigor of School: recently broke 900 API if that helps

Current Unweighted GPA : 3.93
SAT I : 2230 (Math 800, Writing 720, Reading 710)
SAT II: Math II 800 , Physics 760, Spanish (w/o listening) 740
AP Classes: AP Comp Sci, AP Spanish Lang, AP Calc BC, AP Physics C
AP Tests: 5 in all tests so far (including both for Physics C)

Senior Schedule: 5 APs + Avid Tutoring
Awards: Calculus Champion (Math Team Fundraiser competition)
EC's: 3 Years in Drumline, 2 Years Key Club (Current Officer), 1 Year Tutoring
Recommendations: Probably a bit above average
Academic Teams: Math Team, Government Team + (probably) Physics Team, but all only for Senior year

Probable Majors: Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Math (Data Analysis)
Possible Minors: Business

I love Harvey Mudd because it is close to where I live, a great school for my interests, a liberal arts school which allows me to learn beyond simply researching, and a small, close-knit school with connections to other colleges in the area.
I do not have any connections besides a friend who goes there.

Also would like input on Berkeley, Cal Tech, and MIT. They all seem a reach to me and I would like to know where I should spend the most time on my essays.
If possible, some safer schools + other options would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reading this!

MIT and CalTech are reaches. HMC is a low reach. And berkeley is a match. Assuming u live in california.

Berkeley: Match
Harvey Mudd: Reach
MIT: Reach
Caltech: Reach

Ok thank you all for the responses! Anything I could do to improve my chances of getting to HMC?

What’s your problem with UCSD or GA Tech?

No problem, but just dont know too much about the schools right now and would prefer to stay in California.

Excellent SAT scores and GPA. ECs are on the weaker side but eh.

Caltech- Mid Reach
MIT- Mid Reach
Berkeley- Match
HMC- Match

As far as Caltech and MIT go, it’s always a crapshoot so apply anyway. Your 800 Math scores reallllly help though.
