Chances..at honors program

I need chances for the honors program. I actually grew up in Ann Arbor until I was 14, and then I moved to California. I am applying to u of m, but I was wondering what my chances at honors are... your honest opinons please...

I have taken intensive classes- including about 5 APs- with about a GPA of 3.8/3.9- at my high school. I have also taken about 11 various classes at the University of California, Sacramento, including uppper divison levels.
I have lots of e.c.- intensive Mock trial program for four years, Political Academy at my high school, several internships/prestigious summer schools, etc.. good letters of rec.
However, my SAT scores are low: low 600s on the math and lower 700s on the verbal... I don't know if that disqualifies me for the honors program or not.
Let me know your honest opinons!

There are no numerical cut-offs. From <a href="http://www.lsa.umich.edu/honors/prospects/index.htm%5B/url%5D">http://www.lsa.umich.edu/honors/prospects/index.htm</a></p>

"For the class entering in the Fall 0f 2004, the median SAT range was 1390-1480; the median ACT range was 32-35; the median range for unweighted academic GPA was 3.8-4.0."

Usually, a 3.8+ unweighed GPA with a 1400 on the SAT or a 32 on the ACT is expected. They do allow some students with slightly lower scores...but those are usually URMs.
