<p>Im not familiar with IB system of grading. Could you put in terms of Grade A , A+ , B , B- etc.</p>

<p>Ivies and Duke - No unless you really have some STELLAR extracurriculars and those IB scores are really good , you get out of the world recommendations and your in the top 5 of your class. </p>
<p>37-39 is a very good score if you ask me, but I have no idea how the American admission system works. A friend of mine who as a junior had straight A's in the US high school, barely got 32 points the first year of IB. I doubt that any admission officers would say that 32 IB points=3.8-4.0 GPA though :S</p>
