<p>j0 d00d5,
I'm a Junior in HS, I am starting to make a list. Here are my stats:</p>

<p>-No Rank, but 3.8-3.85 GPA</p>

<p>-I took the May SAT, but my PSAT scores were 76M, 73 V, 60 CR (I know that my math and CR wen't up on the actual test)</p>

<p>-My grades "slipped" a little in my Junior Year to (first semester: 3.60, second semester will be to the order of 3.73 but neither count my Calculus class, which was an "A" both semesters.)</p>

<p>Junior Classes: (first semester /second semester)
Spanish Level 4: B+/ A
Advanced Chemistry: B+/ B+
Advanced Physics: A/ A
US History: B+/A-
English: A+/ A or A-
College Calculus I/II: A/A</p>

<p>The advanced classes are no AP, but they are comparable to AP level. Our classes are only 40 minutes long (there are ten in a day) so the school doesnt really offer AP Math/Sci Classes. College classes are 1:20. </p>

<p>Next Year:
College Linear Alg/ Multivariable Calc
College Physics (maybe)
AP Spanish
AP English
Art/Theology Classes (required)
(those actually are AP)</p>

<p>EC's:
Founder (kind of): QuizBowl team. Captain grades 11/12. Member 9/10/11/12. Took top 20 of 750 teams in state my soph yr. Took 3rd in statewide "Virtual QuizBowl" in my Junior Year.</p>

<p>Founder: Card Playing Club (It is for one specific game, but I don't want to give away my ID by saying it.) I have won many tournaments in this game. Grades 11/12</p>

<p>Volunteering in Nursing Home: (Playing the card game mentioned in the last item with the residents) Grades 10/11/12. I led a group of students to the Home 2 days a week. Over 150-200 hours.</p>

<p>Intramurals: Every Year. I love Ultimate. Senior year we may have a real team.</p>

<p>Move Appreciation Club: Member 10/11/12</p>

<p>Here's my list (from top choice to lowest. I have a safety that I like very much as well.) I think I need more matches.</p>

<p>I forgot to add. I am my schools AMC Winner (Score of 112.5).</p>

<p>I also took top 40 in a Physics Competition with 900 of the best students in a 6-state area. (It was an exam-based competetion.)</p>

<p>I also skipped a grade (if this matters) but I am still similar in age too the other people in my grade because I'm older than most everyone in my old grade.</p>

<p>Thanks to those who replied.</p>

<p>I feel that my original post was slightly lacking so I need to add:</p>

<p>1) My school is a tiny competitive private school, with little grade inflation. Next year about 70 will graduate, and only about 6 will have above a 3.8.</p>

<p>2) My class load is the most difficult in the grade (even though it may not look so bad.</p>

<p>3) Move Club= Movie Club</p>

<p>4) The card game is bridge, and I have won the city Bridge tournament around 5 times. At the nursing hime we play this with the residents (my idea) and the residents love it as do I. </p>

<p>5) The original post didnt convey the fact that I play 15 hours of Bridge per week (I play durring lunch, free periods, and 2x a week after school, as well as some weekends.) I cannot play enough, because it is so much fun and it improves my math skilks. Quiz Bowl also takes up 15 hours a week for 5 months/year. Frisbee only takes 5 hours/week. I think that my EC's might be week, because I was too lazy to inflate my resume. If I am going to do something everyday after school, I should love doing it and AM DISAPPOINTED when it is canceled.</p>

<p>5) I realize that this wont change my chances really at all, but I wanted to clarify, because when I read my first post I thought that it sounded like I was lazy (which I am, but that activities that I do dont really feel like work)</p>
