Chances at Northwestern, Cornell, Carnegie Mellon engineering?

I will be a senior this fall and was wondering if I still have a chance at getting into these selective engineering schools with my weak extra curriculars.
ACT: 34 (English 35, Reading 32, Math 33, Science 35)
AP Scores: AP Physics 1-4, AP Language and Composition-4, AP Computer Science-4, AP US History-4
GPA: 4.0 unweighted, all honors classes, 4 AP classes junior year
AP Classes Senior Year: AP BC Calculus, AP Chinese, AP Physics C, AP Literature, AP Computer Science
PSAT: 1430, should get some type of national merit recognition in September in my home state (Kentucky)
Extra Curriculars: NHS member for two years, Chinese National Honor Society, Service Club member for 4 years, educational trip to China, and a part time job

I am still awaiting SAT scores from June and will probably take SAT Subject Tests for Math and Physics in the fall because some schools require a math and science test for engineering admission. I know that my scores can place me in the 75th percentile or so of schools like Cornell, but I was just wondering if they would still admit a student with my type of profile with relatively weak extra curriculars. Thank you.
