<p>First off, thanks to anyone who takes the time to read through this and give their opinion.</p>

<p>I'm applying to Northwestern RD (unfortunately). The following is pretty much a summary of my high school academics and extracurriculars. I would appreciate an opinion as to my chances (none, why are you even trying, drop out now, good, ok) for being admitted.</p>

<p>I am Taiwanese-American (both parents born in Taiwan)</p>

NEW SAT: 2230 (v 750, m 760, w 720)
ACT: 34
SAT II Writing: 680
SAT II Math IIC: 730 (don’t say anything, it was a disaster)
SAT II Biology: (assume around a 700)

<p>I dunno if you live in Brookfield, but I go to Brookfield East. I saw that you volunteered at Elmbrook so I assumed you do. I'm guessing you go to Central? Maybe not. By the way, I'm also Taiwanese-American too. I just found that interesting.</p>

<p>ompa: what books or how did u prep for ACT? your 34 is really high and im aiming for something like that thanks</p>

<p>I just went through a bunch of different books; I basically just did the tests. I had kaplan, and a bunch of other off-brands. I'm not exactly sure where my mom put the rest of them, but I had around 3-4 books that I went through the tests with.</p>
