Hi, I am planning on doing Chemical engineering + manamgment degree in graduate school- Just started senior.

I am just looking for general chances at the schools (nothing specific). I can probably get a reccommendation from my Chem teacher and English teacer.

Thanks

P.S. I also had a small business Sophmore year with hosting websites and desiging and selling websites etc., its not in operation anymore but would that matter? I am also good at marketing and am helping a company, iWork Tech (outsourcing comapny that is a new startup by my dad's friends), to put together a marketing plan.

I did not realize NYU had a college of Engineering. As far as discussing chances, sharing your SAT and /or ACT scores with us would seem like a necessary first step don't you think?

I am not cemented into engineering yet, but it seems like a good option than just doing business/managment, I just wanted to see my chances at NYU for business and chemical for RPI and WPI. I might just do chemical at either RPI/WPI and grad business in NYU.

Also, I apologize for not including SAT scores, they are SAT I: 2140, SAT II Bio M: 710 USHist: 690 (is it possible not to include this score or do colleges see it anyways?) IC/Math 1:740

also if you can chance me at Umich, I'd appreciate it, thanks =)

RPI is a safe match for you and WPI is a virtual safety. You should definitely look into better schools:

Carnegie Mellon University
Cornell University
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (mega reach)
Northwestern University
Purdue University-West Lafayette
Rice University
University of Illinois-Urbana Champiagn
University of Michigan-Ann Arbor
University of Wisconsin-Madison (amazing ChemE department)

Oh, most of the schools you listed I thought required perfect scores etc. (I never dreamt of being competetive at Cornell or CMU)

How good is my chance at Umich Ann Arbor? I heard good things about that part of Umich.

Your chances with Michigan are good. I'd say Michigan is a very realistic match. Apply as soon as possible. And do not count yourself out of the schools I listed. With the exception of MIT, all of them are realistic.

thanks for your time and help

=) hopefully ill get in
