Chances at Penn State U. Park

Hey
Im a US citizen(Pennsylvania) living in Pakistan for quite a while now.Ive done my O levels and my GPA for that is about 3.4.I gave my SAT I in december and im expecting about 1750 in it......Should I send an application to Penn State U. Park.Please help urgently.

What are your math and critical reading scores.

im expecting about 650 in maths and above 560 in cr

plz someone reply........i have to decide whether to apply or not

hasanmujahid...your gpa is on the lower end of avg. They accept about 18% out of state students. You can apply to UP but they might suggest you go to a smaller satelite campus for two years then you would go to UP for your last two years. I have no idea what your odds are. If its not too much money apply now. Maybe they will accept you because they would like a more diverse student.

but am i not classified as an in-state student as i was born there?or does my living somewhere abroad detain me from that?

In order to be considered an in-state resident you have to be paying taxes from a residence in the state of PA.

In--Penn State is rediculously easy to get into unless your OOS

OOS??what is that??

oos=out of state
