Chances at Pharmacy, Engineering, and SAS?

What are my chances at being accepted into Rutgers Pharmacy, Engineering, and SAS? (Pharmacy is my first choice)

State: NJ (in state)
School type: Large public
Gender: Female
Ethnicity: White European
SAT: 2190 (710 CR, 700 Math, 780 Writing)
ACT: 31 (will probably just send SAT)
AP Scores: US History: 5 Physics B: 4 Psychology: 5 Calculus AB: 5
GPA: 4.7 (weighted. Not sure of unweighted. Mostly honors and AP courses and all A+'s and A's except for an A- in AP US History 2 junior year)
Rank: school doesn't rank. Probably top 10% or at least 20%

Freshmen year: 2 honors courses
Sophomore: 1 AP and 4 honors courses
Junior: 4 AP courses
Senior Schedule: Lit 4 CP, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Calculus BC, AP European History

ECs:
6 years of piano
2 years literary magazine
4 years creative writing club
2 years science league
(not really much here, but I hear Rutgers doesn't weight ECs that much)
Also took a summer course at the community college for Precalculus, so I could take Calc AB as a junior.

What are my chances at the three schools? I'll probably retake the SAT this October just in case.

I don’t think you’ll have any problem getting in any of them

thank you. bump.

Your stats look good  Rutgers won’t pay much attention to your ec’s. Pharmacy will look at your gpa/sat score, rigor of classes, and grades.

Make sure to apply before the early action deadline! Pharmacy is really competitive, good luck!

When will the fall 2012 application be available?

It should be available in mid September.

You’ll get into all three of them. Looks like you’ll be at Rutgers Pharmacy, then.

Your high school would have to be the most grade inflated high school in the history of public education for you to be outside the first decile with a 4.7 lol That aside, you should get into all three. gl hf

heheh. I’m pretty confident I’m in the top 10%. I was just predicting the absolute worth case scenario. My school isn’t really “inflated.” One of the reasons you can have a very high GPA is due to the + and -. An A+ in a regular college prep course would be a 4.33, and an A+ in an AP course is a 5.33 which helped to up my GPA.

You should not have a problem with any - the more interesting question if you will get any merit money. And for Pharmacy - since you’ll probably get in, you might want to ask yourself if you would really want to go rather than taking an offer that would otherwise go to someone else.
