Holy %#^@($ I just typed a long comparative analysis for you, but then the browser crashed. Basically I think 100% for you. Lemme know if you want me to retype the big detailed thing again '-_-

Edit: Oh what the hell, I'll just do it again.

I'll be a freshman this fall, and my stats are comparable to yours, at best:

GPA: Pretty much the same, although in my case I had a good start/bad finish in hs.
School did not rank either

Junior year: HORRIBLE grades. Even managed an F one quarter in AP Chem. Obviously your grades are a lot better than mine, and your course selection is top-notch. Also, seeing as how you're up to Spanish 3 senior year, you'll be able to get out of Pitt's language requirement.

SATs: Yours are probably good enough, although they could stand to be a bit better. I got 650 CR, 760 M, 800 W.

Your extracurriculars and awards look stellar. My biggest thing was violinist in my school's Honors Orchestra.

As for the essay and recs, just having them is a plus since they're actually optional for Pitt's application. If you're wondering, I did include them in my app.

So in conclusion, I'd say 100% for you. Maybe even more since you're local.
