chances at some pretty good schools

<p>i was wondering if anyone could evaluate my chances at some of these schools</p>

<p>wake forest
emory
georgia tech
vanderbilt
rhodes
boston college
boston university
colgate university</p>

<p>gpa-4.1 W 3.6 UW
SAT- 2120 (800M 650 CR 670 W) and SAT IIs- Bio 680 Math 740</p>

<p>class rank- 1/350 (everyone with a 4.0 or better is ranked number one). if u don't do that i'm only in the top 15% somewhere</p>

<p>300+ volunteer hours at ocal museum
tutoring service
NHS
SHS
i've also played in a band at some events at school
guitar and piano for many years</p>

<p>Math Team (one of the best in the country. we've won 13 out of the last 18 mu alpha theta conventions)</p>

<p>i hold an officer position in key club, math team, and was a head volunteer at our local museum. </p>

<p>i'm an indian male from birmingham, alabama. go to an extremely competetive public school. </p>

<p>good luck, your numbers are good, but it all depends on essays i think for you. you're a competitive applicant though..</p>

<p>I would say you have a good shot at all those schools. BC is really weird. I've heard of some very smart/strong applicants getting flat out rejected ED and some not as smart people get in RD.</p>
