what are my chances at stanford?

The grades and test scores are there, perhaps the CR reading is a bit low, but if I were you I'd take that as a mulligan and just forget about it, I can't imagine it alone would pull you down enough to seriously hurt your chances.

The weaknesses I see here are the EC's. You don't lack a diversity in the sheer amount of EC's you have, rather, in the depth into which it appears you have participated in any of them. What does playing table tennis 'competitively' mean? You'll need to flesh that out well enough to get across the significance of it to an admissions officer. I would also try and find a way to tie together all of your volunteer work, as volunteering seems to be the theme most prevalent among your EC's.

All that being said though, the EC's still seem a little weak to me, but this very well could be because I haven't seen your full app where hopefully you will flesh them out and tie them together.
